1ST, October,1949, “THE PEOPLES REPUBLIC OF CHINA “came into being.

It must be surprising to see the most populous country with over 1.4 billion natives is paving its way to the highest peaks and overshadowing the cultural versatility of its neighboring countries.

I won’t prolong the statistical analysis of socio-cultural and economical epitome of China’s victory, because it’s what that could be extracted from many sources. Upon a thorough reasoning there’s one conclusive factor that made me raise my eyebrows when I got what makes China an outlier is “THE PROPLE THEMSELVES” and the mass exploitation of HUMAN RESOURCE in every field in China.

Even if you roll your eyes through the pages of the Chinese comic book , have you seen the interactive illustrations and then deep down the engaging text . In China, the job of book authors, illustrators, graphic designers, editors are as valuable as a successfully established business men. The talents aren’t wasted and fully exploited to every aspect. There are well established companies to give the talented youth an opportunity to exploit their skill and earn increasing revenues.

The Chinese have no restrictions to venture into any field of their interest whether it is in arts and design, astrology, author, doctors, engineers, or the chef. China aims to make use of its mass population as a Human Resource to earn massive revenues and make the people self-dependent. If you’ve ever visited China, the mind blasting, state of art buildings and sky scrapers in each area of cities such as Beijing, Shanghai, Chengdu, or Hangzhou must have influenced your mind to think of the people who come across these incredible ideas. “The Sunrise Kempinski Hotel “is a living example of the architect Zhong Hai Ao, to capture a massive tourist attraction. Moreover, the regions in neighboring China such as Pakistan and India, doesn’t seem to indulge in the importance of acknowledging the fields of architectural engineering and design which is becoming a highly celebrated occupation in China.

“MOVING AHEAD TO THE ETHIC OF ACKNOWLEGMENT”

There’s one thing which made me pulled out to see that most of the Chinese people adapt the essence of acknowledging its people and youth to pursue what they choose to do, there’s a wide boundary when it comes to restrictions on basis of gender inequality or class difference, the Chinese people treat a dumpling seller as equal as if they treat a five-star restaurant manager and sustain the ethic of celebrating individuals. The people have an essence to cherish their festivals in full zeal and sustaining the historical values together with the evolving change in lives due to the technological advances. The sports celebrities are as worthy as the film star and the singing sensation on the stage. The ping pong, basketball, table tennis, badminton, and swimming the most cherished sports activities, and the government of China doesn’t forget to appreciate the record makers in the sports world by investing in there training and youth hunt competitions. It symbolizes how the People are made use of to become a resource for China’s representation around the world.

IT’S PERSUASIVE BUT YET WE HAVE TO AGREE THAT CHINESE PEOPLE HAVE AN ETHIC OF BEING INDEPENDANT AND SUSTAINING LIVES TO LIVE IN UNIFORMITY AND HARMONY AMONG EACH OTHER, THE ABILITY TO ACKNOWLEDGE OTHERS SHOULD BE INHIRETED BY EVERY COMMON MAN AS ITS A GREAT SOURCE TO MAKE ONE REALISE THAT PROGRESS IS FOR REAL AND EMPOWER THE NATION TO MOVE AHEAD HAND IN HAND.
